Plumbing Project Manager
With nearly a quarter century in the trade and nine years at Lee Mechanical, Adam DeBaere manages plumbing projects that keep facilities running safely and efficiently. He thrives on the flexibility of his role—balancing jobsite visits, coordination calls, and field problem-solving—all while staying connected to the team and clients. For Adam, every system installed represents clean water, sanitation, and real impact.

Service Salesman
At Lee Mechanical, no two days look the same for Jason Morrow. With over 28 years of industry experience and more than two years on the Lee team, Jason works as a Service Salesman—a role that sits at the intersection of technical expertise and customer relationships. Jason handles a wide range of responsibilities—from service contracts and equipment replacements to urgent facility repairs. His day often starts with job site visits and customer meetings, helping assess needs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
